Valuation of building

Someone at the 12/7 meeting has drawn my attention to the Report of the Deputy Director of Derbyshire CC given to Cabinet on 7th March 2011.

7.1 That Cabinet approves a capital allocation of £600,000 to create a single site establishment for the Duke of Norfolk CE Primary School, utilising savings from previous CAYA Capital Programmes as outlined in the report. 

7.2  That Cabinet notes that a contribution of £200,000 is estimated from the future sale of the Annexe site by the Diocesan Board of Education, thus reducing the Authority’s CAYA Capital commitment to approximately £400,000 in due course.
